Sell the Lifestyle, Not the Apartments!

Have you been finding yourself focused on selling your apartments?

Better yet, if your apartments are brand new, shouldn't you be showcasing them to every prospect that tours?

While the staging, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances certainly matter, they are not as important as you may think.

What many leasing specialists don't realize, is that prospects are more interested in the actual community itself.

Think about it, wouldn't you want to be a part of a cool community that throws the neatest pool parties?

I know I would.

We always challenge each community to showcase their community. This means making your amenities stand apart from the other communities' amenities.

If you are going to sell a lifestyle, then you need to make your community seem like the coolest community!

If you are not sure where to start, begin by putting on an event for your current residents.

If your community has a pool, try putting together a pool party!

Simply invite all of your prospects to tour during this time. When prospects arrive, it will show them that your community is fun!

And besides, the prospects will get a chance to meet and greet with current residents.

By doing so, you are showcasing the lifestyle at your community that prospects can't get at another community. This is how you make your community stand apart from the others. Because trust me, prospects are touring plenty other communities besides yours! So make yours shine!

So give it a try! Sell the lifestyle just a tad more this week.
